This chive variety is particularly vigorous and excels in winter forcing on the windowsill with excellent stability, thanks to its thicker and more robust aromatic tubes compared to other varieties. The aroma is strong both in summer and winter. 'Staro' grows well in pots, balcony boxes, raised beds, as well as in garden beds.
