1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Green Balcony UG (limited liability) (hereinafter referred to as Green Balcony) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with Green Balcony UG (limited liability); Owner: Rabenreiter UG (limited liability); Herbartstraße 16A, 14057 Berlin; Commercial Register: Amtsgericht Charlottenburg, HRB 253325 B.
3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to order.
3.2. By clicking the [Buy/order with obligation to pay] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who is ordering for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
4.2. If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal under Clause 4.1, you must bear the regular costs of returning the goods.
4.3. Otherwise, the regulations provided in the following shall apply to the right of withdrawal:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Green Balcony UG (limited liability); Herbartstraße 16A, 14057 Berlin; +49 (0) 30 23963890; info@greenbalcony.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form (see below), but it is not obligatory. You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically on our website (https://www.greenbalcony.com/i/contact). If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgment of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1. The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components.
5.2. In addition to the prices indicated, we charge a flat rate of €5.50 per order for delivery within Germany.
5.3. Different shipping costs apply to international shipments. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.
5.4. Shipping is free for orders with a total value of €100.00 or more.
6. Payment
6.1. Payment can be made via PayPal Checkout (PayPal, Giropay, Sofort, credit card) or by advance payment.
6.2. If you choose the advance payment option, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation, and we will deliver the goods after receiving payment.
7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery is only available within Europe and exclusively through the shipping methods "DHL Shipping" and "Self-Pickup."
7.2. Orders are typically delivered within the times indicated on the respective product page; however, delivery can take up to 14 days.
7.3. The ordered goods will be reserved for a period of 10 days. Within this payment period, the payment must be received in our account. If this is not done within these 10 days, we will cancel your order.
8. Retention of Ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). You can find the platform here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
